About:This is the smaller version called Sacchettini. Sacchettoni is the same only larger. It is also known as Beggar’s Purse. The can be filled with a variety of stuffing’s, meats, vegetables, cheese or shell fish. It is made by using a small circle or square of pasta and filled with the edges gathered up to look like little satchels. |
