About:The cuzzi are the traditional pasta of Roviano and are still made by hand with water and corn flour. Cellitti is believed to originate from the Castelli Romani region in Italy, specifically the town of Lariano in the Lazio province. The traditional was made with garlic, tomato, chili pepper, and a sprinkling of pecorino cheese. They are hand made and long like spaghetti but much thicker.
