Honey Ginger Dipping Sauce

Honey Ginger Dipping Sauce

This is a very good sweet & spicy dipping sauce. Good for chicken, pork or shrimp. Makes a good accompaniment to most things grilled or done on the barbeque. This is a spicy sauce but the heat comes from the ginger and not chilies. It’s different and delicious. Once you try this you will never buy Sweet Chili Sauce in a bottle again!

Notes

The only thing that I can say about this recipe is that it is very good and I use it often. I have given some of the measurements in weight for accuracies sake. This is a spicy sauce but the heat comes from the ginger and not chilies. It's different and delicious.
I have frozen this and it does freeze well but it looses it spiciness! I don't know why this happens but it tastes as good as freshly made, just not spicy.
